    Provide the number of new managements you secured during the eligibility period (October 1st 2025 – October 1st 2026 (inclusive)), the rent roll value added, your conversion rate from appraisal to signed management, and net growth after losses. Compare with the previous period. Maximum 500 words.

    Explain where your new business came from and how you converted it. Include your lead sources, pipeline management and the strategies that lifted conversion, with evidence. Maximum 500 words.
