Eligibility

Open to technology products, platforms and services, and to organisations demonstrating meaningful innovation in their use of technology across real estate. Entries must show measurable improvement to customer, agent, property management, operational or business outcomes.

    The innovation

    Describe the product, platform, service or technology use being entered. Explain the problem it solves, who it serves and when it was launched or implemented. Maximum 500 words.

    Measurable improvement

    Show the difference it made during the eligibility period (October 1st 2025 – October 1st 2026 (inclusive)) for customers, agents, property managers, operations or the business. Include adoption figures, time or cost saved, revenue, satisfaction or other results, with before-and-after comparisons. Maximum 500 words.
